About the Role:
As an ABM Strategist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our Account-Based Marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research on our strategic accounts, identifying challenges and opportunities, and crafting targeted messaging strategies that resonate with our audience. You'll collaborate closely with our Account Executives to create personalized outreach that effectively engages potential clients and helps build our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on strategic and high-intent accounts using diverse resources, including annual reports, funding announcements, LinkedIn, and ABM intent tools.
- Identify key challenges, opportunities, and pain points faced by target companies within treasury, finance, and risk management.
- Develop tailored messaging and content to support Account Executives in their 1:1 outreach and integrated demand generation efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling, personalized messaging that aligns with specific accounts, industries, and personas.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a journalistic and investigative approach to uncovering valuable insights.
- Excellent communication abilities to engage with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Familiarity with the finance industry, particularly in areas related to the CFO's office, treasury, cash management, and hedging, is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- A strong passion for serving and understanding various markets.
- Creative marketing and communication skills, with a willingness to experiment and learn through iterative changes.
Education Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Marketing is preferred, or equivalent experience.
