Job Title : API Tester(US Citizens Only)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for APIs and web services (RESTful, SOAP, GraphQL).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on APIs.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured, or similar.
• Analyze API documentation and verify that APIs are working as per specifications.
• Validate API responses for correctness, performance, security, and error handling.
• Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Document test results, report bugs, and track the status of defects.
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Ensure that API tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing.

• Experience in API testing (manual and automated).
• Strong knowledge of API protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
• Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured, or similar.
• Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Solid understanding of methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) and status codes.
• Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
