Job Description
We are seeking a professional and hard-working Appliance Delivery Driver to deliver and install household appliances at customer homes. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record and experience operating a 20-foot box truck.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 20-foot box truck to make deliveries to customer homes
- Install and set up household appliances, such as refrigerators, washers, and dryers, according to manufacturer's specifications
- Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in good condition
- Communicate with customers to ensure a positive delivery experience
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the delivery truck
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience operating a 20-foot box truck
- Ability to lift heavy objects, such as appliances, up to 50 pounds
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and interpret appliance installation instructions
Wage Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
