Job Description

Job Overview

The concierge is responsible for greeting customers and staff as they enter and depart the store. They will be responsible for maintaining store occupancy levels and keeping track using a hand counter on how many people enter the store throughout the day. During non-peak times, the concierge will be responsible for ensuring the patio area is clear of debris, so clientele can access the store easily.

Duties

•Engaging and assisting employees and visitors
•Directing clientele to sales associates and to points in the store that they're interested
•Ensuring clientele's luggage is left at the front door
•Maintaining patio area and walkway, including sweeping, leaf blowing, etc.

The base pay range for this position is $20 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
