Customer Service Representative

Successful company of 75 people in Camarillo is looking for 3 Customer Service Representative for their team. The company is a leader in awards, recognition and promotional products. In this role, you will build long term relations with commercial clients and help them with their needs and questions.

Location : Camarillo, CA
Salary : $18.00-20.00 (DOE)
This is a temp to hire assignment
Schedule : Mon-Fri, flexible hours

Responsibilities:

• You are the first point of contact for the company's clients
• Answer phones, email and chat
• Help clients with their orders (customizing, execution, quantities, timing, pricing)
• Help clients resolve any problems and issues they might have
• Work closely together with sales, manufacturing and the warehouse

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but English only is OK
• Proven experience meeting deadlines and commitments
• Eye for detail
• Multitasker
• Experience working with computers
• Self motivated and self starter
