What You’ll Do:

Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a 5-Star customer service experience
Answer phone calls, texts, and emails, assisting with scheduling and inquiries
Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly
Manage appointments and maintain accurate patient records
Use dental practice management software and Google Docs to stay organized
Problem-solve and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment

Who We’re Looking For:

1+ years of front desk experience in a dental or medical setting
Excellent communication skills – You’ll be the face of the office, interacting with patients and the dental team throughout the day
Comfortable with technology – You’ll use Google Docs and dental software to stay on top of tasks
Attention to detail – Accuracy is crucial when scheduling, handling payments, and managing patient records
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
A positive, professional attitude – Friendly demeanor and professionalism in a busy environment
