Location : Greater NY Area (Hybrid schedule)

Who You Are: A passionate creative with demonstrated experience in creative projects across all channels, the Designer, Brand will make our brand stand out across web, social, retail, salons, OOH, tradeshow environments, and more, creating designs that communicate value to consumer and professional markets. While supporting the Creative Team and key cross-functional partners, you are eager to make an impact on our growing brand and be the “go-to” person on our team for all things design. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Concept, create, and deliver high impact renders, graphics, and designs to support across for DTC, print, visual merchandising, packaging, and more
• Prepare and execute omnichannel design needs to spec, ready for press
• Support creation and maintaining of brand guideline standards to communicate concepts effectively across 360 markets and cross-functional teams
• Advise social content and creators ensuring adherence to brand standards across the feed, video, stills, and crews in partnership with colleagues on the Brand Marketing team 
• Assist creation of briefs and mock-ups for internal concept development to adapt designs across channels and various markets
• Engage in project planning and conceptual phases to ensure creative alignment and readiness for upcoming challenges, maintaining a steady flow of innovative ideas
• Implement and convert on feedback; build knowledge and expertise around the brand to limit number of revisions and efficiently complete assigned projects 
• Participate in all project phases from ideation to in-store execution and post-roll-out support
• Other duties as assigned 

What You’ll Bring to the Team: 

• 4+ years experience designing for CPG or beauty brands
• Advanced knowledge of the full Adobe suite; proficiency with using Asana for project and task management 
• Expertise in design tools with previous experience working in web, social media, packaging, print, and visual merchandising
• Experience working closely with key cross-functional stakeholders
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to take independent action to achieve objectives and convert on design feedback

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + Bonus Eligibility
