Position Overview:

Jubilant Digital Marketing is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Account Coordinator to join our growing Account Services team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an organized, critical thinker who is eager to develop expertise in digital marketing while supporting key client relationships. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, track performance metrics, and drive strategic growth for our partners.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain consistent client communication via phone, email, and meetings to facilitate deliverables and support client/agency growth in a professional manner.
  • Actively participate in internal and external meetings, documenting key takeaways, action items, and client approvals, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Demonstrate a strong command of agency workflow tools, including but not limited to Basecamp, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Coordinate, activate, and communicate relevant project information to internal teams to ensure client business requirements are met.
  • Assist in the execution and project management of digital marketing campaigns across SEM, SEO, Social Media, and other digital channels by collaborating with internal specialists.
  • Prepare client-ready documents, including meeting agendas, recaps, proposals, performance reports, and presentations.
  • Support account leads in gathering creative assets, ad copy, and campaign specifications to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
  • Research and stay up to date on emerging trends in digital marketing, helping clients remain competitive in their industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Entry-level – two years of relevant experience in digital marketing, account management, or project coordination.
  • A basic understanding of digital advertising strategies, including SEM, SEO, and Paid Social.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to both clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and stay ahead of digital advertising trends.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or reporting dashboards is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
