Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Talent Acquisition leadership team in the role of Director - Talent Acquisition.
The
Director - Talent Acquisition leads, mentors, and develops the talent acquisition team in the comprehensive process including workforce planning strategies, reviewing applications, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment for designated region/area. The Director will research, develop, and implement policies, practices, and systems to target key initiatives as is it relates to recruitment. This leader will serve as an internal advisor and business partner to our executive leadership team, making recommendations to promote IU Health's mission and business strategies.

Direct Reports: 3 Managers | Total span of 33
Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be selected from a diverse pool and will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required; Master's degree preferred.
•Requires 7-10 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
•Professional certifications such as SPHR, etc. preferred.
•Requires experience leading the design, development, and execution of Talent Acquisition programs.
•Requires experience with the application of HR related regulations and laws (e.g.; FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
•Requires experience with matrix organization and complex work environment.
•Requires proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
