Position Summary: As our Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for data input and change management of all Master Engineering files for the site. Take direction from the manufacturing engineer responsible for their content and structure. Youll enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, fast (high-mix/low-volume) manufacturing operation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficiency with MS Office and MRP systems
• Understand all processes regarding Engineering Document Control and change management system
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Cross-trained to support other departments for administrative support

Are You Our Next ACE?

• BOM entry and maintenance
• ECN filing
• Router entry and maintenance
• Maintain Engineering library of books, specifications, etc.
• Prepare documentation as required for released jobs that have been received by planning. Combines documentation and job order and returns them to the planner
• Must work independently and efficiently and take direction from the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
• Responsible for the maintenance and change management of internal and/or customer ECOs. Implements ECNs generated by Manufacturing Engineers and ensures that any open jobs that are affected have their documentation updated (This is done in coordination with the planning department and the Manufacturing Engineer)
• Training:MP001, QP004, QP004-01, MI007, MI009, MI010

Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $19.50-25.00 (DOE) per hour, plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
