You won't have to work long hours or drive far. Most of our work is in Douglas County, so there will be minimal travel. And we only schedule jobs Monday through Friday, 9 to 5.

Responsibilities of Our Drywall Repair Specialist - Here are the main things you'll be doing:

• Preparing the area around the repair to minimize mess
• Blocking the patch, hanging the drywall, taping, and mudding
• Painting walls and ceilings
• Updating our field service management app

Skills Needed - If you can check off the below, then you'll have the expertise needed to fulfill this role:

• Expertise in repairing drywall patches from 4' x 4' to as small as a door knob hole, including texture and paint
• Experience using a drywall texture hopper to include adjusting mud consistency, pressure, distance, and various gun fittings
• Experience using knockdown knives
• Expertise in preparing the area around the repair to minimize mess
• Skills in painting walls and ceilings
• Experienced with at least 20 drywall patches to include matched texture and paint.
• Your patches are practically unnoticeable!

What You Will Need - You should already have the below equipment:

• Drywall knives
• Mud pan
• Texture hopper
• Basic hand tools to include screwdrivers, pliers, 5-in-1, hammer, cordless drill, circular saw, oscillating tool, and masker
• Your own vehicle to drive to job sites

Additional Information:

• We are a handyman company serving Douglas County.
• We provide an assortment of services.
• Ability to do additional types of work (i.e., carpentry, tile, faucet installation, ceiling fan installation, etc.) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits for Our Drywall Repair Specialist:

• Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
• No mandatory overtime or weekends! Work is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
