Job Description:

An EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting EDI systems and processes. They work with internal teams, external partners, and trading partners to ensure the accurate and timely exchange of data. The EDI Analyst plays a key role in troubleshooting, implementing, and improving EDI workflows to optimize business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve EDI transaction errors, mapping issues, and connectivity problems.
• Design and implement data mapping specifications between EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and internal systems.
• Evaluate and enhance EDI workflows, implementing automation to optimize operations.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for new EDI setups and upgrades, ensuring successful deployment.
• Maintain detailed records of EDI processes, configurations, and partner requirements.
• Ensure EDI systems adhere to industry regulations and standards.
• Provide technical assistance to internal teams and external partners for EDI-related issues.
• Requires experience with EDI systems, standards, and tools (e.g., Sterling Integrator, SAP), strong analytical skills, and knowledge of ERP integrations.
