Entry Level Business Management Responsibilities:

• Contribute to outreach initiatives and promote home improvement services to potential customers by directly engaging with members in a retail setting.
• Support customers by providing information about renovation prerequisites, processes, and available services.
• Review and verify customer eligibility based on specific criteria and design interest they have
• Ensure customers are input into our system correctly and the required supporting materials are provided.
• Adhere to compliance protocol and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Collaborate with the Entry Level Business Management team to evaluate the efficiency of services and recommend enhancements as needed.

Entry Level Business Management Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous background in sales, retail setting, or a customer-facing role.
• Confident in engaging directly with community members and effectively presenting information to potential customers.
• Passionate about helping others and eager to make a difference in the community.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including evenings and weekends.
