LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a leading player in the consumer goods industry, dedicated to providing high-quality, environmentally friendly products that improve the everyday lives of our customers. They are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting and business analytics for one of their leading brands.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to provide strategic insights and financial guidance that support the company's growth and profitability objectives. This opportunity is fully remote and requires up to 10% travel to US headquarters.



Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and monthly financial performance reports.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, margins, and cost control.
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to senior management to guide business decisions.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results to internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Prepare variance analysis reports to highlight key financial trends and drivers.
• Develop, monitor, and update the brand's annual budget, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals.
• Track and report on cost-saving initiatives and business investments.
• Create financial models to assess new business opportunities, product launches, and strategic investments.
• Work closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making, long-term planning, and business growth.

Finance Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Consumer goods industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel.
