A. KEY RESULTS: Remove loins from freezer using F.I.F.O. guidelines and following instructions from Racking Plan and Manager. Pull information and keep records of daily movements and turn in to Freezer Supervisor. Work closely with thawing and assist as needed. Comply with Company policies and safety procedures. At all times should proper PPE be enforced to prevent any accidents. Proper gloves should always be worn when inside of the freezer. B. SPECIFIC TASKS: (Describe the tasks in as detailed steps as possible) 1. Perform Forklift safety inspection at the beginning of shift 2. Report any problems with lift immediately 3. Receive schedule from production Packing Plan 4. Remove loins from freezer using FIFO and instructions provided by dispatcher 5. Drive at safe speed 6. Follow forklift safety regulations at all times 7. Keep work area clean 8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor 9. Comply with all Company Policies and Procedures 10. Assist in inventory counts when necessary
