  We are actively seeking a dynamic and skilled Independent Handyman to become part of our team and act as a representative of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.
  Job Description:
  Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in commercial/residential building
  Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
  Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
  Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed.
  Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building.
  Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
  Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.
  MUST HAVE transportation and tools
  Basic math skills
  Good communication ability
  Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
  Attention to detail
  High school diploma or equivalent
  Proven experience as a handyman
  Experience with hardware tools and equipment
  Handyman Requirements and Qualifications : 
  High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
  Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
  Reliable transportation
  Flexible schedule
  Mechanical aptitude
  Contractor or journeyman license is a plus
