What Youll Do: - Develop leads and schedule appointments while getting to know our clients and their unique needs.
- Collaborate with our team to set and achieve marketing goals that truly resonate with our community.
- Implement strategies to retain clients, onboard new ones, and win back those who may have drifted away.
- Bring your strong work ethic and commitment to success every single day.
- Work closely with our agency team to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
What Were Looking For: - Previous sales experience is a must!
- If you have insurance sales experience, thats a huge plus (and mandatory for remote options).
- A proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- A genuine ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
- Property & Casualty licenses are required; Life & Health licenses are preferred.
