The client is seeking an Investment Associate to join their team in San Francisco. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about technology, startups, and venture investing. As a key member of their investment team, you will help identify, evaluate, and support early-stage companies at the forefront of AI and enterprise innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Source and Evaluate Deals : Identify promising startups in the AI and enterprise space, assess market opportunities, and perform diligence on potential investments.
• Market Research : Dive deep into emerging technologies, sectors, and trends to help shape our investment thesis and strategy.
• Founders’ Partner : Work closely with founders, providing insights and support to help them scale their businesses.
• Portfolio Support : Assist portfolio companies by leveraging your analytical skills, network, and resources to drive value.
• Team Collaboration : Contribute to team discussions, sharing your perspective on opportunities and challenges in the market.

What They’re Looking For

• Education : Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a technical focus (e.g., computer science, engineering, or a related field).
• Experience : 0–2 years of professional experience, ideally in:
• An early-stage startup or venture-backed company.
• Investment banking, management consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Passion for Startups and AI : You’re deeply curious about the potential of AI and enterprise innovation to shape the future.
• Analytical Rigor : You enjoy tackling complex problems and can turn data into actionable insights.
• Technical Savvy : While not required, technical experience (coding, data analysis, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Self-Starter : You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to take on a wide variety of tasks.
• Strong Communication Skills : You can clearly articulate ideas and build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders.
