Responsibilities:
The Medical Informatics Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing complex projects related to electronic health records (EHR), health data, and IT systems
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet organizational goals
• Mentoring and managing a team of informatics and IT professionals to foster a collaborative and innovative environment
• Overseeing accurate and secure health data management to support healthcare providers in decision-making
• Driving change initiatives to optimize clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management within healthcare settings
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and application development
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Asana, Microsoft Project)
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
