Valued at $1B and employing over 200 people, we are still growing our engineering team and actively seeking Senior / Principal Software Engineers who have expertise in Swift / Objective-C / C++ and experience developing native applications for macOS.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer with a strong background in macOS development using Swift and experience in Agent-based applications/Agent-based modeling to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge software applications that will have a significant impact on our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of software applications for macOS using Swift
• Design and implement software solutions that utilize Agent-based modeling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality software products
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Maintain and improve existing software applications
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development
• Expertise in macOS development using Swift
• Experience in Agent-based applications/Agent-based modeling
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
