Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing operations, develop new products, oversee sales and marketing efforts for new ingredients, and maintain vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and experience in the food, cosmetic, nutritional, or pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direction, support, and communication to the sales team regarding the product line.
• Ensure safety levels of inventory are maintained.
• Update and share relevant market information to keep the team informed.
• Deliver regular presentations to enhance the sales team’s knowledge and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements and Skills :

• Bachelor of Science in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of product management experience.
• 3-5 years of sourcing experience
• Industry experience in food, cosmetic, nutritional, or pharmaceutical sectors strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with teams and management.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
