— Assessing and responding to changes in testing trends, technologies and practices, ensuring the relevance of the company's services.
— Supervision of test demo rounds with new customers.
— 5 years of experience in GameDev.
— Work experience in the position of QA Lead/QA Manager in the direction of outsource QA for gamedev in the position of 1 year.
— Advanced (C1) level of English.
— Knowledge of the basic principles and methods of software testing, understanding of different types of testing (manual, automated, regression, etc.).
— Experience in planning, coordinating and leading projects, ability to follow schedule and budget.
— Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively both orally and in writing. Ability to listen to customer needs and communicate effectively with internal teams.
— Experience in conducting negotiations, presenting products and services, closing deals.
— Ability to understand and analyze customer needs, offer solutions that meet their requirements.
— Ability to analyze information, problems and needs of customers to develop effective solutions.
