We need a driven leader who can build a team of staffing professionals by growing a book of business. This position is salary plus commission, you control how much you earn!!! With senior leadership support, you will be responsible for growing our current office and potentially starting and growing a new office from the ground up.

A qualified candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in temporary staffing in one of the following roles: Selling Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Business Development Manager.
• Leadership abilities to coach and develop a team of recruiters.
• Ability to think critically and problem solve in a dynamic employment environment.
• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and orientate new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
