Overview

A well-established exterior building services and roofing company is seeking two Roofing Foremen – one with residential experience and one with commercial experience. The company is growing rapidly and offers significant career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Work closely with general contractors, HVAC technicians, and plumbers.
• Conduct regular inspections, address any project issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Assist in budgeting and tracking project costs.
• Enforce job site safety protocols and conduct training as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Roofing Foreman (residential or commercial).
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating with other trades.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites.

This role offers a mix of office and field work, with most time spent on job sites in the Virginia/DC area.
