Job Title: Senior Director of Ecommerce – Online Gaming Industry

About the Role:

R2 Global are currently hiring for a Senior Director of Ecommerce to lead and optimize our clients digital sales strategy within the ever growing online gaming industry. You will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and overseeing the ecommerce platform, while working closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, product merchandising, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute ecommerce strategy to align with business goals, identifying growth opportunities. Lead and manage a high-performing ecommerce team.
• Platform Management: Oversee the ecommerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile.
• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and email marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
• Customer Experience: Optimize product merchandising and create personalized experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to measure performance, refine strategies, and report on outcomes to senior leadership.
• Innovation: Stay on top of trends in ecommerce and the sporting goods industry, introducing innovative tools and strategies.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of ecommerce experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role in the online gaming sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) , and CRO.
• Proven track record in driving online revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
