Job Summary

This is an exempt, full time role for a Senior Talent Agent. This will be a Talent fronting role which will be responsible for executing and coordinating campaigns with talents assigned to them.

The Senior Talent Agent is also responsible for overseeing off-site for event appearances, shoots, auditions, etc. They will also assist in the administrative needs of the talents as needed such as billings, payments, contracts, inquiries and more.

Job Description

1. Talent Development: Work closely with creators to understand their goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement personalized income growth strategies.
2. Promotion and Marketing: Create and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase the creator’s visibility and engagement. This includes social media strategies, press releases, and coordinating with public relations teams.
3. Talent Management: Plan and oversee off-site logistics including booking venues, arranging travel, accommodation, and ensuring all technical and hospitality needs are met.
4. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts on behalf of the creator for deals, endorsements, appearances, and other opportunities. Ensure all agreements align with the creator’s career strategy and legal requirements.
5. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts including entertainment networks, producers, promoters, media, and other stakeholders.
6. Crisis Management: Handle any issues or crises that arise, providing support and solutions to mitigate any negative impact on the talent’s career and reputation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Based in the Southern California area with the ability to work from the office 4 days per week
• At least ⁠5 years working experience in artist or content creator management, entertainment in one of the verticals listed (beauty/skin care, health/wellness or family)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Existing relationship with brands in the verticals listed
• Roster of talent (valued at ~ $2.0M minimum) that can migrate to GTA
• ⁠Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ⁠Excellent Project Management, Organizational Skills w/ keen Attention to Detail
• Highly responsive
• Capable of independent work and sound decision making.
