Rehab Financial Group, LP is a leading private lender focused on the short-term fix and flip market headquartered in Rosemont, PA, in 18 states (AL, CT, DE, FL, GA, IN, KY, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA). Key Responsibilities Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales. Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed based on performance data. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overarching marketing goals. Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly. Create regular reports on performance metrics for all social channels. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management or a similar role. Strong understanding of various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit. Exceptional writing skills with an ability to create engaging content that captures attention! Keen analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). A creative mindset with an eye for design; familiarity with graphic design tools. A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be productive and work efficiently in a remote environment.
