Employment type: Full-time

Compensation: $15-16 / hour
Location: Lenexa, KS and remote work from home in the state of KS, MO, or IA only.

About ISPN:

ISPN provides 24/7/365 technical support solutions over the phone for internet, phone, and video services across the United States & Canada. If you have a background in IT Support, Customer Service or simply enjoy working with computers, routers, and network connectivity - this position is for you!

Details regarding ISPN’s Tech Support positions are as follows:

• Employees will perform all training and job duties remotely from your home
• Positions start at $15.00/ hr
• Progression Bonus at 30, 60, and 90 days ($1000 total).
• Monthly & Quarterly bonus incentives available for outstanding Merit and Attendance.
• Overtime available to those working beyond 40 hours
• 401K w/ generous company match available following waiting period.
• Full Time status is available on day 1 for individuals who work 40 hours.

(Full time employment includes health, dental, and vision insurance offerings, as well as paid vacation, sick time, holiday pay)

Requirements:

• A stable internet connection (10/5 Mbps or better), an efficient PC/Mac desktop or laptop, and an available Ethernet port on your network switch, modem or router are required.
• Webcam and Audio speakers are required to complete our Zoom based Technical Training, and for Team Participation during ISPN employment.
• We are only hiring for Full Time roles at this time.
