ABOUT THIS ROLE

Revolutionizing the storytelling experience is just part of an Audible UX Researcher's daily to-do list. You'll design and conduct comprehensive user studies to uncover deep insights about listener behaviors and preferences. Like us, you're customer obsessed, and every research question you pursue will be driven by your profound understanding and curiosity about the customer experience. Just when it seems a product is understood, you'll devise a new study to uncover hidden user needs.

You immerse yourself in customers' experiences and the world around you to uncover deep insights and drive meaningful innovations. As an expert in research methodologies, you guide teams to valuable discoveries, leaving no question unasked; you're passionate about uncovering both the overarching patterns and the nuanced details. The passion of synthesizing findings is matched only by the excitement of sharing actionable insights with your team. You're eager to refine your research techniques and expand your analytical toolkit, but it's the collaborative journey of discovery with your team that truly motivates you. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will...

• Own all aspects of the user research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting, communicating), making decisions to evaluate which user research methodology approaches work, and which don't
• Design and conduct a wide spectrum of experiments from quick tests on UserTesting.com, to formal interview studies with detailed usage & behavioral analysis
• Become a domain expert through daily use of prototypes, competitive, and complementary products to develop a deep product intuition to guide your research
• Communicate the results of your research and the impact on product, and future user research
